60-Night Risk-Free Trial
Every order comes with a 60-night trial. If the Align Pillow isn't right for you within 60 nights of delivery, contact us at hello@alinesleep.com and we will arrange a full refund.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@alinesleep.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Condition of Returned Items
Items should be returned in a clean, reusable condition where possible. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we may ask for photos of the item's condition before authorizing a return rather than requiring the item to be shipped back in all cases — our team will confirm the process for your specific order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@alinesleep.com within a reasonable time of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
